Vat, Tote & Bin Washer Process

  1. Load your container into the door’s holding bracket using a jack, forklift, or by simply rolling it into place.
  2. Close the door to lift and position the bin in the wash chamber.
  3. Choose your fully adjustable wash cycle (1-2 min. pre-wash, 1-2 min. wash, and 30 sec. sanitizing rinse is typical).
  4. State-of-the-art booster heaters warm the water.
  5. Wash and rinse jets cut through grime on the inside and outside of the tote.

Douglas Machines Model BW-1000-C-180 cleans plastic or stainless-steel bins and similar large-volume containers by flipping them 180 degrees in the wash cabinet. This is helpful when the bottoms of containers are heavily soiled or when the bin’s design would stop water from draining properly at 90 degrees.
